You’ll receive clear, accurate billing and monthly vendor receipts with your Owner Statement, accessible anytime through your Owner Portal. From routine maintenance to emergency repairs, your property is always our top priority. -
Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Property owners are not required to accept Section 8 tenants unless it is mandated by local or state laws. We can help you understand and comply with any applicable regulations in your area. -
Are you licensed?
Yes. Best Life Property Management is a fully licensed property management company, ensuring compliance with all state and industry regulations. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Absolutely. We offer an emergency contact line for urgent issues outside normal business hours. Non-urgent matters will be addressed promptly during regular office hours. -
Can you deposit my rental income directly into my account?
Yes. We provide direct deposit (ACH) for all owner disbursements, ensuring your rental income is transferred quickly and securely. -
Do I get to review or sign the lease?
Yes. You’ll have the opportunity to review the lease before it’s finalized. Our team manages the lease signing process on your behalf unless you prefer to handle it personally. -

How and when do I receive my owner payments?
Owner disbursements are processed on a regular schedule after rent has been collected and any property-related expenses have been deducted. Payments are typically made via direct deposit for your convenience. -
How is rent collection handled?
We make rent collection simple for tenants by offering multiple payment options, including a 24/7 online payment portal. Late payments are handled promptly in accordance with lease terms to protect your cash flow. -
How long are your lease terms?
Most lease terms are 12 months, but we can accommodate shorter or longer leases depending on market conditions and your preferences. -
How much is the security deposit?
Security deposits are set according to local laws, market standards, and the specifics of each property. The exact amount may vary depending on rental price and tenant qualifications. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin managing your property as soon as the management agreement is signed and the property is ready for leasing. In most cases, the transition is fast and seamless. -
